Japanese Red Giant Mustard

A Japanese mustard with large thick and tender leaves. They are very flavorful with a spicy taste. They have purple-red leaves on the top and light green underneath. Great in salads, steamed or stir-fried. Makes fine pickled mustard greens. 21-45 days.
